Shipping policy
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Saturday orders placed before 9am go out that morning. There's no post on a Sunday, so anything ordered over the weekend leaves first thing Monday. Everything else goes out the next working day.
UK delivery
Everything goes by Royal Mail.
- 1st Class: £1.95 for cards and anything under 400g. Usually arrives the next working day.
- Signed For 1st Class: £4 for cards, £6 for mugs and heavier parcels. Next working day, with a signature on delivery.
- Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm: £9.50 for cards, £12 for heavier parcels. For when it absolutely has to be there tomorrow.
- Tracked 48: £4.50 for mugs and parcels up to 2kg. Arrives in 2 working days.
- Tracked 24: £5 for mugs and parcels up to 2kg. Next working day.
Larger orders are priced by weight at checkout.
International delivery
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and most of Asia, Africa, the Caribbean and South America.
- Royal Mail International Standard: from £5.50. 3 to 7 business days from dispatch.
- Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed: from £10. 3 to 11 business days from dispatch.
Rates are calculated by weight at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged on arrival are the customer's responsibility.
Europe
We sadly no longer ship to the EU or the rest of Europe because of the tariff and customs changes. We're gutted about it too.
Delivery estimates
We'll do our absolute best to meet these estimates but can't guarantee them once your order is with Royal Mail. If something's gone missing or arrived damaged, email Chris@pricklycards.com with your order number and we'll sort it.
